am i retarded?

I've had my HHR for 1 week exactly, I love every second that I spend driving it, I spend endless hours looking at HHR pictures, information and possible future mods. My wife drives it to and from work because she has the job that is furthest away, we have a gas guzzling 07 Nissan Xterra that is our offroad toy but still a driver that gets around 12mpg. I love our Xterra but yet I really do love my new HHR, my previous car which was a 03 lancer Oz Rally Ed was fun but I didn't feel as happy with it as my new HHR, am I retarded? because I can't stop thinking about my new HHR .... help.

Well...because I occasionally have clients who have mental concerns (I'm a counselor), I wouldn't use the word retarded

But, dang, I understand what you are trying to say! I can't think of the right word to use to describe the silly, happy feeling I get when I'm walking up to my Blackie--I look for ANY excuse to go for a drive...waited almost 3 years for him, and was worth the wait...BEST B-day present EVER!

So, it's ok to feel this way...

... there is no known cure, it's highly contagious but rarely deadly. Take a drive around the block a few times and then call me in the morning!

It kinda comes with the car? I do not understand the phenomenon. But it seems to last quite a while. I have had mine for two years and it still will not go away! An amazing thing really. I suggest that you enjoy this euphoria as long as it lasts..could last a lifetime. Todd (Uma)

I have had mine 3 weeks and 2 days when I drove it off the lot I had 68 miles on it now I have 4600 miles and I love every mile I put on it. I have a 1978 280Z and I like driving my HHR much more! I guess the sickness has taken me over also!!!
