I have to drive a road that has a lot of curves and hills on it every day to and from work. Would I be better with or without an anti-sway bar? I want to be sure I can maintain control through the curves without having to slow down way below the posted speed for the curve.

As long as your driving at a safe speed (for obvious reasons) through those curves, you'll notice a bit less body roll going through them.
