Any one else receive this call?

Today I got a call from a representative of Chevrolet, they asked me some general questions about my satisfaction with the HHR. They wanted to know if I am having any problems with any aspect of the HHR and wanted to know what I thought about quality issues. Fortunately I can say I am having no problems and I am very pleased with every aspect of this vehicle. In the 1st week I did have 2 small radio pops but have not had any other problems since then. They also asked if it would be alright if a GM engineer would want to contact me in the near future, I said hell yes I would love to let them know what a great vehicle they have made. I have owned a lot of new cars in the last 18 years(8) and have never had a phone call asking me these questions. I know the HHR is a new vehicle and they may want to really keep on top of problems, but I am just curious if any of you other members have received this call! Peace Mark

I only got the customer satisfaction survey through the mail that the salespeople always stress about. You know even if you put satisfied on it once they get grief from there management. Tough business selling cars, I'm glad I don't have to do it.

Actually, they have been calling for about 4 weeks now, and they call while I am at work...hmm. I have had the same issues with the speaker pops, but do not mind them at all. I would have loved to let them know how happy I am with it.

Same here. I just got the letter questionere to fill out each time the car was serviced. There are several common gripes people have, and it would be nice to tell a GM engineer what they are.

What is the name on the caller ID when they call.
we never answer if we dont know who it is.

Yes NG they do stress about those surveys I have received 2 letters and 1 phone call from my dealership about the importance of saying I am completely satisfied. I have been happy with the dealership it is the third chevrolet I have bought from them over the years. You know this radio pop is a weird issue, I got the 2 small ones and have not had any in the last 3 weeks. Some members have had major problems with this and mine was not very loud but noticeable, and I have not experienced any more problems so it just seems weird

CJ it came up on my caller ID as unknown, usually my wife would not answer but I do and if it is a salesman or someone I would not want to talk to I will just hang up Also CJ you mentioned in another reply that you like Jerry picking with David Grisman, I have some solo Jerry Garcia Band stuff that you might like and I would be more than happy to copy a few cds for you and mail them off if you would like, just let me know and maybe I can convert you into a deadhead also

Sounds like telemarkerters doing the survey for Chevrolet.

But the window button location would be just a mention.

Mine is in getting runningboards this week.

Otherwise. The HHR Rocks. Would I get another one ... HL Yes!!!!

yup got one yesterday....I was just leaving the house so I had no time to talk...I told them to call me back, my only issue is the running board issue....hey now Deadhead, I manager a Boston area band that has a faithful Deadhead following, The Knot if you ever get to the Boston area come check us out !

I have gotten four of those so far. I keep tossing them out so they keep sending them.
