Actually the only thing that really bothers me is the choice of wheels.
Ive thought about what a dragstrip theme would be like on an hhr, and this has some of that. However it seems that they carried it up to the choice of wheels and then went wrong. Maybe the suicide doors dont fit either but they are cool with me.
I say put some nice steel wheels and drag slicks on, then it would work.
Of course theres the issue of backing it up with something under the hood, but some people just want a custom look, i wouldnt fault them for that.

Take off the scoop and I actually like it the stripes with that color every thing over all doesnt look bad just the mile high scoop that serves no purpose on a street car with, more than likely, no/little performance mods.

Lose the stripes and scoop and it would be acceptable. But what in the heck were they thinking on the scoop? Usually you want the hood to be bigger?
I can see a lot of money spent on the doors and interior but not $30K. Kind of says it all when you see if for sales at the price of a used stock HHR.
