Is this not a custom build? Possibly for show purposes? have you never been to a custom car show? Give the guy some slack..it wasn't built to anyones specs but his own...you say tomato, I say tomoto

1) how is it an SS if it has the original engine?

2) how did they spend $30K on upgrades?

3) how is it only worth $11K if they spent that much on upgrades?

Looks like he couldnt sell it so hes selling the hood with scoop sepratly now.

Since I can't see the original ad-did he put an open air cleaner on the thing?Sure would be dumb to pay to modify the hood like that and leave the stock air cleaner housing on it.
