Cool saw 1 today...

I saw 1 of these today, at Bill Kay Chevrolet in Lisle, Illinois...
I wish I had my camera, but of course I didn't..
maybe I'll go back later & take some pics.
A couple of things I didn't realize before, it has a different rear spoiler, similar to the one from Southern Comfort, and the mirrors are not black chrome, they are body color.
Also, I was playing around on Chevrolet.com, building a 2007 HHR in Golden Teal,
(since we want a 2nd HHR for my wife ) and the premiere edition package was offered as a choice under 'packages'...
So I guess you can get the premiere edition package on any 2007 2LT?!?

Yep, We looked @ one... they actually made us a Heck of a deal on it!... but with a toddler... the Dark Interior (even though it was 2 tone) worried us... we had a car like that, when it was just the 2 of us & it seemed it was really hard to keep clean & we are really good @ keeping them clean... so with a little one.. it seamed like it might not be a great fit... as for the exterior color, I really liked it... the picture doesn't do it justice... it's not the typical white... it has a kind of pearl, well, not really but kind of... we had a 92 White Diamond Cadillac Sts, (was one of our trade in's)... I Loved that color... looked really great in the sun, the Cap. Frost HHR, was like that, so maybe that's why I liked it. We really wanted a Silver, but could only find them stripped down around here... so when we found the dark silver one with everything we wanted... we went with it. We also liked the blue, but preferred the 06 blue... Liked the Golden Teal, but never saw one around here.

Oh, we were not sure about the "Black Chrome"

I think the Cap. Frost with ebony leather interior would be AWESOME, I also like how the mirrors are painted the color of the car. I am partial to the black chrome.... I wish we had waited I also saw where the black chrome can be put on any color for the small price of under $1000.00

I dunno, it's very elegant, but elegant isn't my thing. I think they should make a GREEN HHR --- so many greens to choose from - PICK ONE CHEVY, and go for it!!!

I will be test driving A Premiere edition tomorrow here in Socal. I've been driving a rental 1LT the 2.2 auto over the weekend and I'm very impressed. Enough so that I may grab the Premiere. I saw one thru the showroom window today at another dealer in the area...it is very classy, the black chrome on the very subtle Cap hues makes it seem upscale, the whole effect is a sort of smoked vibe. The one I'm testing has a couple frills that are nice...6 CD changer and Sunroof. $22k out the door as of now...not including my trade in. What do you think. Seller says that's $200 over invoice. I'll have enough haggling over the trade-in $ of my SVT Focus.
