I had a custom one made from Cargo Glide. It is 2' x 4'. Price was less then what was discussed above. Turned my Panel into a much more usable commercial vehicle. They should still have the schematics they created for my unit if you are interested.

Factory one from Adrian Steel is nicely designed to fit the HHR, but for most, it simply isn't practical to be used commercially.

I have the partition and like it as I have 5 gallon buckets I use to hold my refrigerant drums I use and cable them to the partition, I have 3-5gallon buckets I use, r-22, r-410a and a recovery tank. the partition gets a lot of use and is a safety from flying objects!! plus I hang my refrigerant gauges from it also

you can see my set-up in my pic gallery

also before anyone asks, that pink thing in the back is a box kite I fly when bored LOL

I bulit one years ago for a pick up, not to hard if you have a welder or you could drill and bolt togeter . Used sliding glass door rollers and angle iron. Ply wood for the center . Needs to be bolted down good due to weight you may put on shelf but work great and it was 8ft long 40" wide and would side out 7 ft.
