A anyone know ?
Does anyone know of a way to extend the Neg, connection on the front strut ?You know the thread size and count ? I am thinking some sort of extension on the stub for a better grip from the jumper cable, Do I make any sense I suck at explaining by typing lol Thanks
Something like this but with out the exposed threads, but the threads can be cut off with no problem if needed . Never knew that strut lug was there for the neg, connection till I read it here :) Still learning new things about the HHR :)

I bent a bit of metal with a hole in it, put it under the nut. It was a scrap piece left over from some electronics mounting kit.
Makes you wonder why they bother putting stickers with arrows under the hood.

If your Jumper Cables have the correct shape on the clamp ends you won't need anything.
I had you look around at several different Brands of Cables to find the right shape on the clamp ends.
If correct, the clamp tip will go right on the ground nut.
I have used mine twice with no issues.
