This will be my second season with the weathertechs. Well worth the cash so far, working like new and nothing has gotten past them.

In our 07, one of the first things I did is buy Weathertech Floorliners which are designed specifically for the situation discussed by the OP.

I buy Weathertech because 1) they're made here in the USA, 2) the fit is perfect and 3) they are durable as hell.

I also have Floorliners in our Blazer. They've been in service since 2002.

If you're looking for "heavy duty" floor mats for use in either severe winter weather, in places were it's muddy outside or in situations where the truck's carpeting (particularly the driver's foot well) gets hard use, the McNeil Weathertech Floorliner is hard to beat.

If the set we have in the truck now ever "wears out", I'll put new Floorliners in.

I have the Husky liners in the HHR and they are alright. I just put a set of Weathertech digi fits in my Malibu LTZ, the quality of the Weathertechs is superior to that of the Huskies, IMO.
