Yes mine does it. But I put an Alpine w900bt in it. I am hoping to put my 09 radio into the 08 panel, but what my dealer said is not encouraging. My 08 has the premium stereo with the 6 disc and onstar, will my 09 go in there and the bluetooth work ??

Unfortunately mine doesn't have the sound package installed, but I'm going to install a cheap USB/SD/BT receiver in it tomorrow.

I have around 500 songs on my little 1 inch long 4 gig flashdrive. I drove to Fla. and back, a 15 hour round trip. Never heard the same song twice.

I Havent decided on what sound upgrades yet so I just use the headphone cord to my phone to get the tunes through the existing system . I HIGHLY recommend a 90 degree adapter jack so the cords go down the front instead of sticking straight out. Pulling out a busted jack end is NO FUN .

This is what i do with my usb port. I save songs onto my phones micro sd card, then plug it into the radio's usb port. It reads the card and plays the songs on the card. It also charges my phone at the same time.

Raise your 500 songs and add 2389 songs on a half inch 16GB flashdrive.
