2009 96525 miles Ohio car I just purchased.
Rust bubbling at bottom of doors not visible on the outside and it hasn't broken through inside yet
Fuel lines, just had to replace two sections and more is rusted.

Is there any kind of under car wash a shop can do to help slow down the rust?

I'm a Southern guy and haven't had to deal with rust issues before.

Nope, once the tin worms start to feed, you have to cut out the corrosion and repair accordingly.
I recommend replacing the entire fuel line to avoid possible leaks at any joints.

My "07 2LT with 167k all- Michigan miles has rust bubbling at the right rear wheel lip. None of the other 3 show any. The bottoms of three doors (interestingly, all EXCEPT the right rear) showed the very start of rust bubbling, at the seams. Wire brushing, sanding and the liberal use of a couple of Eastwood products stopped that rust in its tracks. What a royal pain that was. Then, finding matching touch up paint was a task still not resolved. (My "07 is finished in Golden Teal Metallic, a one-year-only color that does not exist, according to most GM charts, and not at all at Finishmaster). The wheel well rust repair will wait until warmer weather. I love this little car, but if I should last longer than it does, which is doubtful, I will look for its replacement in a southern state and find one rust-free.

That is the color, oldblue. I have seen one or two others locally. I have the original price sticker for my car, which says "Golden Teal Metallic". I have a can of "Traverse Blue"; doesn't match at all. Have two cans that Finishmaster did up for me in what they thought was GTM; one is too light and one Is too dark - ran out of money at $27.00 a can for them to try again.

You will notice, sir, that "Golden Teal Metallic" does not exist on their list of color choices......As I have said, "Traverse Blue" does NOT match.

I’m simply relaying a link as posted years ago.
I have no experience with that colour just my two colours .
Perhaps a shop with a colour match computer.
