"Build and Price" information for the 2008 HHR is now available

Chevrolet has updated their website to include build and price information for the 2008 HHR :) I noticed that there is a "solid rear quarter panel" option available. Is it just me, or have the prices dropped? I just priced out a 2LT and noticed that the total price is $3000 cheaper than the same thing in 2007.

I just built one identical to my '06 and the price was only about $600 less than my sticker.

Still, more standard options for less money on a new car... ya gotta love it!

the differences I noticed smoker's pkg went from $15 to $40
MSRP for 2lt went down $1005
running boards are free
rear cargo mat is free also
course the rear quarter panel delete is free available on 2lt only
xm went up a dollar to $200
I dont think all options are up yet though no spoiler, floormat, rear facia option on 08

I just built one identical to my 06. Still $24,125. Same as sticker.

(Damn! The previous owner really got raped on this car)

I have a certified used one. A 06 LT1 w/ 15000 miles on it. It came with auto, chrome package, running boards & roof rails. I love this truck! The looks, the utility, the gas mileage and price.

MSRP for a 08 with the same up 20,315.00. I paid 15,340.00 w/ the 5yr 100000 mile warranty.

It’s everything I ever wanted in a new truck and everyone who sees it thinks it’s awesome… Cause it is!

Fred.

build and price

I noticed on on Chevy site for build and pricing of the 08 HHR that the chrome pkg has a price of $925, could that be a mistake, it use to be 295. It says the LS has bright chrome mirror caps and the 1LT has body color mirror caps (nice). The ABS are under the safety Pkg for a total of $795.
