That looks like a pretty good deal and I don't think there's much that can be done about destination charge. Looks like they have quite a selection on hand in different colors and options, so I'd just pop on over there and do some bargaining...getting it as close to invoice as possible. I got mine for about $350 over invoice and I felt like I got a good deal. Good luck and we look forward to hearing what you decided to get.

Unless you drive at slow speeds, I think sunroof is a waist of$. I have had them on three different cars and the lines of the newer cars cause a rattle inside that is deffning. Running boards amust, 2.4 a must.

OK sales man in the house again with his opinion!
If you are looking to be as econimical as possible: Buy a 1LT with boards and leather. Have the boards from the factory because it will be cheaper than adding them, because then you will be charged for labor. as GM will pay the dealers to install the boards at pre inspection. the boards are shipped separately from the HHR to speed up the order process.
The 1LT is the most versatile. you can have a choice of engines and and go go either satin chrome or bright chrome. the major question is if you want fog lamps, pioneer sound system, bright chrome, and 17" rims, then go right for the 2LT because if you add them to a 1LT you'll spend more.
did you see the spring edition HHR? its loaded with only leather, engine, and sunroof as your major options.
and if price is an issue, remember it's 20 bucks for every thousand you finance. so 19K= 380 20K=400 21k=420 22k=440. so you see from the least to the most its only 60 bucks. It better to pay alittle more and get what you want, than to settle and regret your purchase.
if you still have questions: feel free to call me at my dealership.

I have been getting 32 MPG with my 2.4, auto trans on a couple trips to Minneapolis with mid or Premium gas, but it will run on unleaded. I get higher grades for trips only.
