I finally got Bob on the phone tonight!
He said he would like to get this settled. So we both agreed on $550.00 to my paypal account.
We will see if and when this happens.

Kathie...the link to the FTC should be http://www.ftc.gov instead of .com. The .com site is the Feed The Children site.

Sounds like he is still stalling in hope you do not do anything.
I would still go ahead and do what you had planned, if he does do as he sayes, then just change the lawsuit to mental problems due to the actions of the company!
