Question:

What color is the interior 'B' pillar trim cover? Black or gray.

Mine are gray and I think it's lame as the day is long to have the entire interior black and just those covers a different color. Same goes for the headliner, I want to do mine black.

weird - all the other trim is ebony black, So far one confirmation this is how they all. Stupid as it is. I thought maybe mine was like that since it was built in the 9th month. If any other model has them as black, I might look into switching them out.

Plz... do not put armour all on your dash. It will cause premature aging and could cause peeling. There was a previous thread on this.

havent used armor all on the inside of a car in 20 years but thanks for the heads up.

I've always disliked the use of grey pillar trim and trim in vehicles with dark interiors.

Many vehicles are like this now. I was looking at a new MB C class and it had a black interior but grey headliner. My girlfriend new VW Golf has a black interior with grey headliner.

I believe that either the manufacturers or suppliers decided to cut costs somewhere and go with only grey and no black.

i don't have leather, but I have ebony cloth and the pillars and the headline are grey.

As far as i know, any hhr with the grey or black interiors has grey pillars and headliners. Can't say for cashmere if theirs turns to grey too (which would be just stupid). One of my big dislikes of the car is exactly this. I wanted black interior, and I wanted it all to be black. but no chance. the 2 tone doesn't do it for me.

I dont know about you guys but my C pillar covers are black and A-B are grey
