Can I sue GM or the Dealer over this horrible situation?

First, I've been a long time lurker on the forum. We have a 2009 HHR LS auto and last month bought a new 2011 LS manual. We have had zero, nada, none, zilch problems with the 2009. Now at 2300 miles on the 2011 it is in the shop to have the front window regulators replaced. There doesn't seem to be any regulators in stock in the entire U.S. so it will be a week or so before they get it back to me. I have no issue with this because I know how things work.
What has me upset and looking for someone to sue - They gave me a friggin Nissan Cube as a loaner. When I got home with it -the dog peed on the tire, my wife made me sleep on the couch and the kids said they would walk to school. Really? A Cube?

WELCOME to the site. Seems your dealer is trying your sence of humor Sue their pants off. I have to say I love that corner window. I'm hoping LunchBox uses that on his HHR pick up modification.

Pat that Doggy on the head and Praise him!

GOOD DOGGY GOOD BOYYYYYY!

Now take the dog to one of those pet shops that allow you to bring them inside and let him pick whatever Toy and Snacks it wants.

Oh and then go find a nice ally to let him roam a bit and get laid.

GOOD DOGGY !!!

I think I would have GLADLY paid for a proper rental vehicle rather than drive a FREE Nissan Cube loaner..........

Blah, the dealership here gave me an Uplander as a loaner. I had to drive that ugly thing for almost a week.
