Hey, I'm only 5 years late on this answer but I need to know if you figured this out. I know it goes on the rear view mirror but my mirror fell off and I can't find any info to put it back together.
Can you help please?

The name of the part is wire cover. Maybe it just clips over the wires on the mirror? Or, just leave them off.

Or, are you asking how to re attach the mirror to the windshield? Go to any auto parts store and ask for a mirror attachment kit.

I did, I mounted it too high.

If you mounted the mirror to high , perhaps trim the wire cover to length
