I had the same problem and used a smith & wesson .38...that cat won't be climbing on anything ever again!

Had a yard full of cats untill I got a CATSTOP ultrasonic cat deterrent -- put it out in the spring haven't seen a cat since --just try a web search for

In my bachelor days it was "Shake-n-bake" in the nuke oven.. Quick & still tasted like chicken too...

Or we could just go to the Chinese restaurant next to the vet clinic and have som Kung Pow Meow.
