How do you remove the 3 little plastic screws? I just don't want to break them. Is it just twist them off?

are you talking about the black plugs that hold inner plastic wheel well in place? if so they pull out but sort of twist them as them come. Once out you will see why they are called xmas trees.

Thought someone would of answered earlier today. Looked for a pic but can't find it.
