chevy hhr EVAP

after having paid over 600 dollars and replacing various parts
it turn out the issue was nothing more than a fuse
BE SMART GUYS CHECK FUSE FIRST
TELL MECHANIC ALSO MINE DIDNT BOTHER
WANTED TO KEEP EXPERIMENTING THE DOUCHE
HOPE THIS SAVES SOMEONE MONEY TIME AND AGGRAVATION.

I asked the guy who was working on it this time
at firestone to check fuses
I was correct I didnt ask which one
it was but, im sure u can google it.

The one marked "EVAP" on the chart, if EVAP was the problem.

$600.00 ? What was changed , if I may ask , simply to verify.
I’ve changed the canister vent valve, the one behind the fuel tank under the HHR.
I’ve changed the purge valve , the one under the hood by the fuel line.
I’ve changed the fuel line and the vapour line
all totaled approximately $250.00 in parts and shipping to Canada, thankfully I can still do my own work so I saved on labour.

Damn you could have just capped the solenoid, vented the line and turned off the code
