Chevy raised MSRP by $40

Noticed this evening that the base prices on the HHR (all models) have been raised by $40 since yesterday. I think it has to do with the recent strike. It ends and prices that were stable are going up. Seen this happen all too often after any strike ends. I understand the increase when the new models come out, happens every year but now their new site has only been up a few days and they are changing MSRP's.

I bet it has more to do with the low value of the U.S. dollar just buying the transmission from Canada is costing 20% more now than a year ago.Just in case you don`t know the U.S.dollar is only worth .97 cents now.In 2000 it was $1.52 in Canadian funds.G M had it made in 2000 with buy 2 get one free not now the big exchange is gone.
