Question Chrome Wheels

Looking throuth the gallery I noticed that no one has opted for the chrome wheels.

I did not get them because I did not consider them worth the price or care for the looks of them. Am thinking some after market wheels might be a better choice.

Was just curious about why no one else bought them either.

Well worth an additional $395. I like them alot so I will probably never take them off of my HHR. I'm not to into plus sizing the rims on the HHR. 17" is perfect for me. If I did go bigger I wouldn't go past 18". I want to leave some tire.

Mine have them, really looks sharp on the Sandstone. Don't like the extreme look, of wheels in the 20's. But the 17's look, good, just want to lower a little to not have the gap, from the fender and wheel, to finish off the look.

You meant the factory rims correct?

CJ, I like your choice of rims. What size are they?

I also have 16's CJ. I drove both the 1LT and the 2LT, and the 16's on the 1LT ride much smoother. That made the decision simple. Nice rims yours!

I am a little confused, I didn't know they offered a chrome wheel, I thought the "high polished aluminum" was the most extravegant wheel they were offering? I am definitely going with after market with the rims. Just having a heck of a time on settling on a style and size. YET, since I did Zaino, man do they ever look bright! Especially at night!

Exactly. The ones I have on my HHR. That I have a picture of in the gallery.

What I was refering to was the 10 spoke chrome wheel that Chevy offers. It is in the Canadian brochure, am not sure about the US version.

The rim has two narrow spokes instead of the wide spoke that comes on the car.

I do like the polished aluminum wheels but would have had to wait to get my car, but had the new car fever and did not want to wait.
