Classic/Collector Car Insurance

Many thanks to all for their suggestions on this ''Collector Car Insurance'' thread I started, hope some benefited by it as well as I did.. After numerous requests from Hagerty of photos of everything since they stated it was the first car of this type they had been aware of, and upping the price of the insurance a step at a time I just ended up going with my previous insurance company who has handled the car since the last 3 years of ownership and mainly because the premiums were now about equal and less BS as well as a bonus for no claims in the past 3 years..

It seemed like a good idea at the time however and all input was weighed and put to the test so while I watched the clock/calendar for my present insurance deadline for renewal [21st of February] I simply got tired of playing information and photo tennis with Hagerty, read many of the reviews [After the Fact] on YELP and Google Reviews and figured this much trouble just coming to a new policy probably would make a claim even more difficult should I have ever had to make one....

I don't think I have the power to close this thread but if anyone wants to I'd be OK with it at this point...
