The boiling point might apply if it was straight water. Using the correct antifreeze will increase the boiling point.
AND 15 psi actually increases the "boiling" point to more like 235 F.

Mine usually runs at 210-215 in stop & stop traffic, the fan rarely comes on.

I top off the antifreeze it was a little low and its all good now.

just echoing what everyone else has said really. as long as its below 240 or so you should be fine. mine has never went over 205 before, and that was when i was sitting in city traffic. 99.9 percent of my driving is highway driving so i never have the issue with the temp creeping up on me.

My 2009 Chevy hhr ss creeped up to 241 when I go to my drive way today my coolent is fine no leaks
