COVERED in Dents!

My wife is in the states this week and she got caught in a hail storm. The pictures show dents from front to back and on all the sides. The company cars were all on the road and are okay. The car is paid for and we are trying to make the best out of this. We will need to replace the hood for sure, any one know of any nice aftermarket options?

No picture but I can use my imagination, which was working overtime (hate that), its you oldest HHR isn’t? Owes you nothing right? Unless the insurance is paying for it less the deductable, why not get creative, fake bullets holes on the dents, stick on flowers (you hippie you), glue on fake hail balls(?), let kids paint the car for charity. Or buy a new hood!

LMAO!!! Yeah, the bullet holes would be funny, or how about put a "speed hole" logo on the side. It is the oldest and it is paid for. I talked to the insurance and they are going to send an appriser to get it from the office in the morning. My wife told me that there are no panels that are dent-free and that even some of the lenses did get damaged after a closer look. May be time to make a "true" sedan delivery out of it and lay on some nice paint... Im going to be there at then end of the week and will be in the states for much of the summer.
Surfs up!

That happened to me too. Took the car to the body shop, and he told me if I want to save money, take the car home, and blow in the tail pipe, and that should pop out the dents. Now I'm a retired auto worker, and to save some money, I took his advice. I'm huffing and puffing on the tailpipe and nothing is happening. Now my neighbor worked in the same plant that I did, but he is in SKILL TRADES, and I was just a press operator. He asked me what I was doing, and I told him I was trying to get the dents out of the car, but blowing in the tail pipe wasn't working. He laugh at me and said "Off course it won't work, you have the windows rolled down"

I know that this isn't a joking matter, I'm just trying lo lighten up the moment. Please don't get mad at me.

I was at a union meeting Monday, and they told this joke.

If it's a white car, you could go to the local vinyl graphics shop and have them put a big "Titleist" decal across your hood...

Beat me to it... Its a known fact that the dimpling on golf balls makes them fly farther... Dimpling for better gas mileage?

The hot summer sun will take of a few of them. It's only a car. It could have family member seriously injured in the storm.

We are not really sweating it too much, just a pain when we dont really live in the states. That makes it a HUGE pain to get things done. I dig teh golf logo idea!! LOL At least no one got hurt and there was no damage to the newest toy which was in one of our shops that got a tree through it.
