Dash Cluster

I have an issue with the dash cluster, the gauges will stop working and the lights in the cluster will blink on and off. Then like nothing ever happened it will return to normal. Sometimes this is ten seconds, sometimes 4-5 minutes. Any thoughts?

Thanks in advance.

This is the once a week problem.
T=Tighten the bolts in the under hood fuse box. There are 4 of them. Loosen all of them then tighten them back up until they won't turn anymore (past "I'm afraid they will strip") starting with the middle and working outward.
The object is to get all of the clips secured, there are 2 for every fuse and 4 0r 5 for each relay
Also, push on all of the fuses and relays on both fuse boxes to be sure they are seated. Some have found the connectors on the BCM (inside fuse box), maybe a previous owner has messed with some wires.

Here is a vid of how it looks, don't listen to much of what the guy has to say.

mine was flickering on and off I ignored it finally stopped working all together. I recently changed the shift solenoids so I took that fuse box apart and tightened it very tight but my dash lights are still not working I think it has to be something else.
