I knew Iron Man was built fairly early. He was registered on Aug 25 2005 in Michigan. I got the car in 4/06. They got it in 12/05 and the boss's daughter drove it a month or so at the dealership.. Some one hit a big pothole or somesuch since one of the rims had a huge dent on the inside lip. Chevy replaced it for me, but the fender on that side still has a dent on its inside lip too likely from the same incident. Despite that, the car has been relatively fine, but used cars have mystery miles behind them, so you never quite know what went on before...
I did a Carfax and it came up with nothing. Carfax is an imprecise tool at best.

Hey, that one works, it's an HHR! I thought maybe you had another vehicle in the family that you were curious about. HHR build date is 10/10/05.

thanks alot for the build date. do you know how long after the hhr is done, that it takes to get to the dealers? if mine was built on 10/10/05, and i got it off the truck, i got mine on 11/09/05. would it take a month to get it to the dealer. wonder where they go after leaving the factory in mexico. now i have another birthday to celebrate!
