I thought it would have been a earlier date by the way I found her. She was a sad sight 2 low tires, a dead battery and covered in pollen sitting at the back of the lot (it sure helped the deal). Then June 8 2008 I turned her life around.

 

Interesting, I bought it around the 1st of August(+-) and it had just arrived at the dealer a day or so before, didn't even have the running boards installed yet.
Surprised by the transport time, they must sit at a distribution point, maybe?

 

I'm pretty sure some at least do. I know the Flint Truck and Bus Plant (where they build the big Kodiak trucks), and next door is the Flint Engine South where they make some engines, usually has some Saturn Vue's and Aura's sitting outside, but they obviously don't make them there....
