De-chroming The Hhr
I'm Looking For Any Info On De-chroming The Hhr I Have A New 2lt Black. Lower 2" Billet Grill Custom Exht Sys, Would Like To Remove Or Replace All Of The Chrome, Buy, Sell Trade. Any Info Would Be Helpful. Thanks

De-chrome? Like removing the badges? Thats easy enough, just pull them off and clean up the rest of the sticky tape left on your HHR. The only way I could think of doing the handles and stuff would be to paint over the parts like CJ Krause did.

Not sure what you mean by de-chroming. But in customizing motorcycles, some people take all of the brightness out of chrome and polished parts by rubbing with scotch brite pads. If you look at Excile cycles, that is what they do to all of their bike's silver parts. It gives the part a brushed silver look....
