Cool Decal

Hello everyone. Just received my chevyhhr.net decal. That was quick. Wanted to know from all of you where you put your decal. I was thinking the hatch door window, top, center. But the center brake light is there. Also, any prep work on the glass before putting the decal on? Thanks for your suggestions.

You Put Your Decal Where !!!

I put my Decal on the center of the rear glass just below the washer nozzle
I don't think it will affect the top brake light. If it does, it is marginal.
It looks good in that location.
Wherever you put it, it will look great.
Just remember to wipe the area down with windex to remove any wax or polish or oils that may be on the surface. Be sure to peel the paper back VERY SLOWLY, I was so excited to put it on, I tore mine.
Be sure to take the slick side of the paper and rub out any air bubbles and be sure the edges are down.

I just washed the window and put it on. They fit very nicely above the 3rd brake light and don't interfere with it. Almost like Chevrolet left that space for this very decal.

Thanks for your tips moose. I think I'll be putting it at the top above the brake light. Your pic courthousedeb shows how nice it looks up there.

HMMMM

Well I put the decal on. Deb, all I see is lettering with your decal. I put my on and I can see the rest of the decal that surrounds the lettering (somewhat white). Did you cut around the lettering before you applied the decal?

There is a backing on it that you need to pull off so only the letters show. Be sure to use a credit card or something firm to press against the letters before removing that...and do it slowly so you don't rip the decals off.

Thanks, Deb. I figured it out. Didn't mean to sound dumb with this. Not too experienced putting decals on. Thanks again.

No problem. I'm new to all this mod stuff myself and had to read instructions on first set of decals I got from Mike at SoCalHHR's before I did mine.
