Dedicated turn signals

Hello everyone.

Today I ventured into trying to do this myself.

I managed to tap into the green wire on the right side, which is on the 3 wire plug for the tail light

This allowed me to have hazards and turn signals on the reverse light (which I plan to change to an amber/orange LED)

However, the brake lights still connect to this wire.

I was thinking about tapping into the front parking/blinker light wires and running 2 wires to the back with a relay, since the front orange/amber lights are not connected to anything other than hazard/blinkers

Is there another way to go about this?

I read somewhere that the blinkers are connected/controlled in the BCM/computer. I doubt there is a way to change the setup easily. Unless the 2010 actually has a relay or 2 that I can access/modify?

Here's what I did when I went to the 4 red light rear.
The bottom 2 I connected to the 3rd brake light and tail light wiring so there are tail and brake lights.
The top 2 I left alone so there are tail, brake and turn lights.

The Stop-Turn lights are controlled on 1 wire by the BCM. The CHMSL is on a separate circuit.

You of course, are planning to install some sort of back up light, since they are not a "suggestion".
