Did the dealer give you this when you bought your HHR?

Did the dealer give you this when you bought your HHR?
This is the first time I ever bought a new vehicle where from the factory there was no case for the books. Cadillac gives leather bound binders, Ford gives nylon zipper cases and all I got on my delivery was the HHR book and associated pamphlets in a zip lock bag. NO case. Anyone get anything else? If so pictures so I can get one from the dealer? HHR is great this part of marketing is cheesy.

That's one of the things I learned off of this site. I always assumed they came from the factory and that we all had the same. 
I bought mine at Spurr and they gave me a vinyl case that looks like Karen's.
