dishonost vendors
hello, I hate to name a business but I'm wondering if I'm the only one who's had problems with HHR Boutique and KW Suspensions. I bought springs and swaybars from them. Rear bar didn't fit correctly so I did a little machining on it but didn't want to touch the front after that. HHR B. complained when I wanted to send front one back...said it F*&%$# up the works.....but would take care of it. KW promised the sun, moon and stars but neither one will help now that they have my money. I had to deal with poor fitting and mislabeled parts. Am I the only one who's had to put up with thier poor workmanship and pathetic (at best) business practises?
Help...I have more stuff I want to do to my HHR but now I don't know who I should do business with.
sorry for the long winded rant but I need to know who I can trust
thanks
danny

Speaking of Supporting Vendors. What ever happened to the link to the list of those vendors?
I've ask this question before on this site, but never received an answer. Like I was asking a taboo question or something.
I would like to support our loyal vendors, but not really sure exactly who they are. A list sure would help.

back to the original problem...how did you pay? was it by credit card? paypal?
if through paypal you can submit a complaint and they will investigate..tell them you received the wrong parts or damaged goods or something along those lines..provide them with evidence such as payment receipts, transaction numbers, emails that you may have sent etc.
i guess you could do the same thing for visa or other credit card companies by calling the number on the back and forwarding a complaint, maybe then can hold or seize payment etc
