Does anybody know where this front bumper kit came from?

I was looking at an old thread on headlamp polishing and a few people said they would just rather replace the headlights with third party lights available on eBay and posted some links to them. One link was to a blacked out set of headlights that look pretty cool but then I noticed the unusual/different front bumper/clip on the HHR modelling the headlights. I don't think I've ever seen an HHR front bumper like that before. It's sort of like the SS bumper/clip but it's different. I Googled around for available aero/ground effects/body kits for the HHR and couldn't find this particular kit anywhere. Does anyone know where it comes/came from and if it is still available anywhere?

Are you referring to the car in the eBay ad? That is probably a one-off. Made for SEMA or some similar event.

Bingo! That was a one off grille and bumper, I think West Coast Customs built that HHR for SEMA at GM’s request in 2005.

Sadly that beauty was crushed when a tree fell on it.

This one had more of an Equinox grille treatment, but the 2 door concept is awesome, love the Nomad like tail gate

That's too bad that West Coast Customs one got crunched like that. I really like that white one OldBlue posted. Very cool lines and I love the wraparound rear window. Very cool.

Those were prototype concept cars, after the show, they were destroyed.

The Nomad version should have had the rear window at the same angle as the B pillar

It’s crushed now anyway, moot point. But a good one for a future build!
