Not sure where you got your info exactly, but the last HHR was assembled shortly after 5pm on May 27, 2011 at Ramos Arizpe. It was part of a fleet order for Enterprise Rent-A-Car, so its out there somewhere earning its keep as a rental until Enterprise auctions it off when it reaches approximately 30,000 miles.
GM did keep the HHR concept car and various show specials and they are in its Heritage Collection, but not displayed for public viewing at the current time.
As to your Serial Production Number, that would be digits 12-17 of your VIN, so if your VIN ends in say 586888...you'd have the 86,888th vehicle built for that model year at Ramos Arizpe. All SP numbers for the Ramos Arizpe plant start with a 5, and count up from 500001 for the model year.

I do know that mine was a rental for Hertz in Texas and Hertz took delivery sometime in May 2011. My Chevy dealer got it with just under 15000 miles on it (and so did I). There are many rescue rentals here in SoCal with under 15K miles. My VIN ends 65XXXX; Maybe I have the last one!

Hertz seems to turn their rental fleets over pretty quick, so 15,000 miles is about right for an ex-Hertz unit. The manager at the local Enterprise told me they dispose of units starting at 30,000 miles with nothing lasting over 36,000 miles.
