east coast gtg

hi.national gtg sound cool but too far for many people,how about a east coast gtg,,linepainter suggested Washington D.C. in another thread,which sounds good.or any other sugestions,I dont have time to put it together,hoping someone else can step up & try getting something like this started

no interest yet,i figured it would be easier to get people to drive 6 hrs instead of 20,a nice weekend in the spring to Washington D.C. or Virginia would be nice,,just a thought to throw out for interest

Agree. We need someone who has the time to take ownership of planning an event and promote it. The other problem is getting people in the area to show up, many say they will and do not show.

hey,sounds like we have some interest,maybe we could set up a poll,on where the most interest would be...like A.C. Virginia, Wash.d.c. or any other sugestions,if we can get help on setting up a poll,that would be great,to see if we have any serious interest

How about Gettysburg,PA was just there for bike week. A good area to explore and not far from DC for a day trip.

never been there, I'm up for just about anything,,we could put it on a poll,& see what happens,we had a gtg in N.J. last week & 3 hhrs from pa came out & 3 from N.J. so Gettysburg wouldn't be far for us
