ECM Fuze question

After installing performance mods, I have read that you need to pull the ECM Engine compartment fuze # 41 (07 hhr 2lt). I just installed the GMPP Cold Air Intake. There is also a fuze listed in the manual for floor compartment fuze #25 but it is labled Engine control module/ Transaxel control module. What is the difference between the two aside from the engine compartment one being labled only ECM module,,, and is the engine compartment the only one you need to pull?
any insight would be greatly appreciated, i have become a little obcessed with mpg's

You don't need to do anything.

It's spelled fuse by the way.
