A good Investigator will always know, Its just depends on who is checking, There are some people who want to do the best and really find out all the answers when it come to a Accident (crash) This is very True!

If american ingenuity, as played out in the past, is any sign of things to come, then I would look forward to a device that will perfectly interface with all important safety devices, but would allow update to certain info at any time after the fact, on command from your smart phone and a password. It is after all, just a computer, and there are a lot of hackers out there.
