engine swap

i want to swap a 09 2.2 flexfuel to a 06 body but i see some issues,. any suggestions

Been discussed before. Not really worth the time and effort. Unless the 06 is a 2.4. The 06 2.2 was kind of a one year only engine thing and not compatible to any other year engine swaps

From what I understand you have to use the 06 head on the 09 block. Your 09 engine has 2-3 more plugs than the 06 and the coil packs are different.

X2 not a compatible swap , stay 06 to 06.
