ever notice

noticed today head lights stay off when parking brake is on....is this old news or a new find

Yes the daytime running lights turn off when the parking brake is applied. This feature comes in handy at the drive in movies.

Drive ins I remember they were big thing 30 years ago..The hhr panel would of been a big hit back then :)

Drive ins still existed 30 years ago but they really weren't a big thing then. Their hayday was more like 40-50 years ago.

we only have one left in my area, 4 screens and fm to your car radio. I do miss those days with the speaker hanging on the window, the smell of hot buttered pop corn, and steamed up windows at intermission!

Our last one died about 20 years ago.

I seem to remember steamed windows throughout the show, intermission was for a popcorn break.
