The cad! Was he rude? disrespectful ? Hard to tell! With the Internet you can’t tell the writers demeanour, tone, attitude! You just read words and make a decision based on how you comprehend the words.

You wouldn't go to the grocery store, hand the cashier your list, and ask them to go get it all for you. Sometimes stores will actually extend that courtesy, but they would go out of business, or double their prices.
And then exhibit a horrible, disrespectful attitude because the employee didn't get your favorite brand of beans, although you never mentioned that you wanted specific beans.
Or maybe the shopper did specifically ask for certain beans, and the employee comes back and asks if they knew that their store brand beans are half the cost of the favorite brand. But the shopper gets irate with the employee for making a suggestion.

We all love the , first post asking what could be the problem or I’ve got the exact same problem! And after we suggest things to resolve the problem, either A they don’t come back, or B they come back and say they already checked all that, but didn’t think to say anything.
It’s a fine line to give advise and read between the lines.
Ive seen people post in the SS forum, then checked their profile and see they have a 2.2 , how can you possibly have the same brake or engine problems, completely different setups.
