Factory Options
Are Chevrolet factory options available to other Chevrolet models available to the HHR. Things like rear view mirrors with the turn signal indicator and the power retract. Maybe they are size specific.Cobalt SS wheels should be available though.

You can't get things that are on other vehicles put on an HHR at the factory. You should be able to buy the mirrors from a GM parts department but then you would have to figure out how to mount them and make them work.
From what I have heard the Cobalt SS wheels work on the HHR. You'd have to try to work a deal with a salesperson in order to get an HHR with those wheels though, I think.
