Agreed.

BTW, WELCOME to Overdose, fellow FLE owner. Great car!

The fall edition does include the spoiler. if you go on gm web site and you try the option build you HHR and hit fall edition , it auth includes the spoiler

Fall edition:2LT trim with FE3 Sports Suspension Package
Seventeen-inch black chrome wheels
Black exterior color
Black chrome grille
Black chrome door handles
Black chrome rear beauty bar
Black chrome body-side stripe
Black-painted outside mirrors
Black-painted running boards
Tinted headlamp and fog lamp lenses
Black-painted roof spoiler **************** tight here
Leather-wrapped steering wheel with radio controls and accent stitching
Ebony interior - cloth standard; leather available. ) I may be missing something but I thinks this is pretty much it.

Also, the spoiler on the Fall Edition is the "Hoop" style not the "Aero Spoiler" that is found on the Premier Edition and SS.

Now THAT'S the one I want- the "Aero Spoiler". But I'm a little concerned about installation after reading another thread here. My apologies if this is too far off track.

I too have an 07 HHR 2 LT Fall Edition----loaded, all options but roof rails. I have the "hoop" spoiler as well. My window sticker also says "dealer installed" for the spoiler, as well as the rear step pad. Hope this helps!

Got my own answer the facts

AS staated by some DEALER installed and that in fact means it is s standard option which the dealer needs to install. after my initial post I called Chevy again and they ran the vin and it says as a standard feature rear spoiler. I called my local dealer and they too agreed. They then called the dealer who they swaped the car from and low and behold they had the spoiler. The owner imediatley had them send it over which was 15 minutes away. He apoligized up and down and with in an hour bam I now have my spoiler on and looks great. All this since my post earlier this afternoon. So the moral besides my dumbness is Dealer insatlled means it has to be on the car.

Glad you got your spoiler, if you look at the Black Chrome Package it shows it as standard. The Fall Addition however doesn't come with roof rails, we tried to get the rails and they do not make them in black chrome. The Premiere Addition has black roof rails but they aren't chrome.
