Filled-in Quarter Panel option

I was reviewing the options for the 2009 HHR and noticed an option for something like filled-in quarter panels for around $100 or so. I cannot figure out what this is, and did not see any pictures or description of this option. Any ideas on this?

I think that is the AA5 the half panel version. I may be wrong.

It is the AA5 where the quarter window is filled in.

A half panel with a back seat.

If you had ever seen one, you'd want it. You can't see out of those windows anyway and the rear window delete option gives you the opportunity to add detailing, striping, or a mural to that area. It also adds more security to anything you store in the back. It would really set your HHR apart from all the others.

If I order a new one, it will definitely include that option.

I have that option and love it! its a nice compromise to a full panel if you have kids, or multiple passengers.

Here's the ultra-rare QPTD option...(quarter panel taillight delete) With most of the supplies used from your son's business!

My HHR with AA5 option

I do have a AA5 option, and I love it, but... the only time it is a bit of a hazard is when backing out of a parking stall. I still recommend the AA5, but expect some loss of visibility.

Thanks for the info. For some reason, have never seen any such HHRs in our area (NE Ohio). Neat look, but some concern about the visibility.
