Excellent piece of work hvrod

So no changes needed regarding the master cylinder setup?
No... I didn't have to do anything different to my other HHR.. which is already 4 wheel disc... that vehicle I used an aftermaket kit.. no problemes.

hows the header and exhaust?

hi. Good JOB! so, what are the performance gains with the header and exhaust? do you feel extra mid range torque increase? is there a bigger more noticeable improvement? on my 2004 honda civic i had installed a magnaflow exaust and a DC header. I noticed some more mid range pulling power and it sounds very nice. But i think i need to bring the car into service under warranty and get them to hook it up on the computer as i believe the gas mileage has suffered and maybe they can adjust it. You having similiar problems?

For this project.. update.. The ECM is being sent out for upgrade..

Talking about my other HHR.. with the same mods.. more pulling power thru all ranges..., quicker accleration... Gas MPG.. I travel on cruise control for over 150 miles and was obtaining 34.5 MPG average...
