If you accept delivery, aren't you accepting the car in the condition it is in? Seems to me like the dealership will try to say those paint scratches happened after you bought the car? I hope they don't, but.....????

Good luck with it!

That's what I had wondered... but I called the dealer today and they told me that I can come in and they'll take care of the problems I listed to them... So it looks like I'm good to go :) . I told him what Vettebuyilder said about the plastic cover, but he said he'd seen his takes out scrathes before but if they couldn't do it then they'd order a new cover... So I couldn't argue with that either. He also said I should have gotten a full tank of gas (it was nearly on empty) and that they owe me a tank now. So far a great experience!

Earlier there was request for pics, and I now have some up on photobucket. You can see them here: http://smg.photobucket.com/albums/v301/outdooricon/HHR/ . If anyone wants super hi-res shots, I can give them to you. I've gotta learn to clean my car real good before trying to take nice shots though :) . I tried to take some artsy photo's but the car isn't clean enough to get that kind of detail, so I didn't upload them. I'll see what I can come up with after a good wash though.

EZ4U2CHERE: I agree, this dealer has been excellent. Rosedale Chevrolet in Minnesota.
