Driving from KC to OKC, my traction control and engine light came on. The
vehicle was running fine @ 75mph down I-35. I got off the hwy near home
and noticed a hard shift @ 40mph when acc. from a light. Made it home,
the next morning it did not start right away, then ran a little rough for a
few seconds, smoothed out and ran fine to the dealer. Service said
fuel pump had an internal leak and was running lean. They replaced
pump (under warranty) and is now running great. Not sure why TC service
light came on unless TC is turned off automatically when engine light
comes on. 72,530 trouble free mi. until now, very glad it got me home
and pump was covered. Still very happy with my HHR as I get ready
to hit the road and head back to KC.
