I figure the next best thing will be the clear film. It will be better than nothing.

I'm even thinking of getting an extra grill for driving around since the clear stuff won't civer the grill and I had mine color-matched.
Plus I'm sure you don't want to hide those flames.

You are correct!

I got a new grill from ebay and am bidding on the clear bra. Hopefully soon I will be a little more road-debri safe.

How often does this happen? I'm asking because my office has a gravel parking lot instead of a paved one, and I don't want to do too much damage (though I have no problems with the current car on that lot).

I got mine from going down the road, probably a rock kicked up by traffic ahead.

Ah, that's the kind of thing that happens to any car, then. I was more concerned it was a design flaw that allowed gravel to be kicked up by the front wheels.

I got my first small chip on the hood to. Got it takeing my son back home. luckly it was only small and touched up nicely. But I did by the bra that cover the hood. Big problem here where I live, during harvest time, some of the trucks don't put tarps on the trailers, and the grain sure can wreck havoc. I would like to see how many insurance claims jump at that time of yr.

I know how you guys feel, I am a handicap, I walk with a rollong walker, and when I put my walker in Wheelie (I dont use Wheele's back seats, I fold them down, AWESOME cargo space!) I always end up hitting his bumper, Wheelie has like 5 little scratches on his bumper and a small Chip between his grille and headlight.

I cant help doing this to Wheelie. I have no balance, I need to hold onto something or I will fall, so I always grab Wheelie's rubberlike lining on the top part of his rear door, and I end up hitting his bumper.

But Wheelie is a very forgiving cute ute, he calls them his *Love marks*, every one I do do him is a sign of my love and need for him, Wheelie wears them proudly..LOL..but I will touch up his bumper when I save up enough money to get them fixed.
