floormats- weathertech or husky?

i see about 1/2 and 1/2 here.. they both look decent to me. which is the more preferred floor mat and why? i'm tired of the generic autozone carpets i have now, want some digitally cut ones that i can just hose off if mud/etc gets on them.

if possible, i'd like to see some actual pics of people that own both brands, in black :)

thanks!

I have the weathertech version. They actually came with the car, the previous owner bought them. the only issue I say is that they are starting to fade to gray a bit because of the winter salt and do not come back to solid black anymore when scrubbed.

Sorry no pictures of them. They do however fit in perfect and do not slide around.

I would go with weathertech liners. They trap everything, look great, fit perfect, and you don't have to worry about them moving:

If you can get in a Sam's club, they have Kraco floormats that fit like a glove for about $20 for a 4 piece set. They hold a lot of water. They are very heavy and seem to be well made.

Don't have rear passengers too often so I just have them for the front

It's a buyer's choice. Both makers provide a product that contains the water, salt, mud, etc. that carries into the car. The Weathertechs are better made but much more expensive (at least they were). The Huskys are a different type of plastic/rubber (slightly more rigid) but cheaper. They fit well, do not discolor, and do not move.

I've had my Huskys since the '06 was brand new. They continue to fit well, maintain the gray color (to match my interior), retain whatever debris carried into the car and don't move.

Again, your choice.

I wish i had Weather Tech or knew of them when my Wife got this car. The Light Grey is terrible to keep clean. I have lighter stains that may never come out and I use some professional products and I got about 80% of it to come back. But with Light Grey, it just plain stinks.

To save me time on a search, anyone got a direct link?

Hey Dayton,

Is the retainer hole / hook not used? It looks as though something is missing! We might be in the market for a set! Also who has the "BEST" price?

Thanks ,
