Angry fog lights

i have a 2010 lt1. no fog lights. want them. anyone know if the wiring for the switch and where the fogs go is there? went to chevy dealer they said $42 for the switch and $132 for the plate where the switchs goes as mine only has 1 hole for the traction control along with dash lite dimmer switch. i dont think so.

I'm not 100% sure, but I almost thought it was. I know a lot of times on cars they will put the wiring in, because at that stage on the line it's easier just to do that whether the car needs it later on down the line or not. I'm sure someone who has actually done it will chime in, but I like I said, I almost think I remember someone saying it is there.... Good luck!

unless you just want them for looks, don't bother. They don't even work well enough to irritate oncoming drivers like most others do.

Well the point isn't to blind oncoming traffic... I love my foglights. I drive with them on all the time. (Except when it's foggy...fog lights aren't good in the fog..you need less light)

3000K are ideal for fog. Far less scatter.
